Presently on sale are Cabbage & Eggs, Scallion & Eggs, Shakshuka (a favorite Middle Eastern omelet with tomatoes and spices – ideal for breakfast), and Spinach & Feta cheese Panini Pies. Pintail Coffee
OUR STORY & MISSION:
Pintail Coffee is a charitable and premium coffee roasting company. We are locally operated by our minority and female founders out of Farmingdale, New York. At Pintail, we have a strong commitment to producing the finest coffee in the industry, all while making socially conscious strides. Our Master Roaster is ranked among the Top 25 Coffee Roasters in the United States. Our roaster oversees our roasting and grinding processes, to ensure that quality is there with each brew. We do this by roasting in small, hand-picked batches, using beans we acquire from all over the globe – including Brazil, Colombia, Africa & Indonesia.
Our founders were among the first individuals involved in the development of the K-Cup technology. This sparked the idea to use this technology for charitable contributions through premium coffee products. When partnering with Pintail Coffee, you are joining us in our mission to end hunger. We are committed to doing so by donating 100% of our profits to hunger-relief organizations.
Island Harvest, our local food bank, benefited directly from our profits. Island Harvest has evolved into a successful hunger-relief organization that we are proud to collaborate with.
The Pintail Ownership increases the impact on hunger by not taking compensation of any kind so that every dollar can go to those directly in need. Our purpose is to turn a great cup of coffee into an act of kindness.

Bliss Pastries
Stacy Malinow, the owner and founder of Bliss Pastries LLC, has been baking gluten free pastries for over a decade. When her daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2005 most people had never heard of gluten and the few gluten free products on the market weren’t good. She began to bake everything herself and over these past 10+ years she perfected her recipes. Most people say they can’t tell that her desserts are gluten free which is the biggest compliment. When people who are celiac or just want to avoid gluten can eat desserts that taste the same as those that contain gluten, that’s bliss; Bliss Pastries LLC.

Sugar Sweet Treats
After years of baking in my free time, my daughter and I dreamt up Sugar Sweet Treats in 2013. We started with a simple love for cake decorations and creating tasty, hand-made, all-natural treats. Eight years later, Sugar Sweet Treats has become a 100% family-run business that continues to bring all-natural sweet treats to Long Island. We prioritize using the best ingredients. All our products are made with NON-GMO flour, and we proudly offer gluten-friendly options for our fellow gluten-sensitive friends out there!
Sid’s Country Conserve
Sid’s Country, LLC makes hand-crafted conserves, jams, and sauces using only the freshest local ingredients. Our flagship product is Sid’s Country Conserve.
Sid’s Country Conserve is hand-crafted in small batches using only fresh New York and New Jersey tomatoes. Our third-generation recipe preserves the tomato’s juicy texture, while pure cane sugar, warm spices, and tangy apple cider vinegar unleash new, unexpected flavors.
Enjoy Sid’s on chicken, beef, pork, eggs, fish, cheese, bread, and more. Spread it on your favorite sandwich or try it on your next hamburger, and you may never go back to ketchup!
Sid’s Country Conserve contains only four natural ingredients:
Fresh Local Tomatoes, Apple Cider Vinegar, Cane Sugar, and Spices.
A Scheduled Process was established for Sid’s Country Conserve by the Cornell Food Venture Center on October 18, 2019, verifying the recipe is Shelf Stable for one year and needs to be refrigerated after opening. Sid’s is produced by Sid’s Country, LLC in Calverton, New York, and received an N.Y. State Department of Agriculture and Markets 20c Food Processing License on November 6, 2019.
Hampton Grocer
In March of 2020, my husband and I moved to Montauk, NY. I enrolled in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as I waited for the restaurants where I worked (and the world!) to re-open.
In May, The Hampton Grocer was born – at the time, a local farm to front door delivery service. I was shopping for families, sourcing from local farmers and artisans. Now you know where the name comes from!
Something was missing, a signature item that was also the perfect gift. Immediately, I thought of my mother-in-law’s granola (thanks, Janet!). This granola was special, packed with nuts and seeds, and just sweet enough. In the beginning, I made just nine jars at a time! We may have a few more flavors, and our batches might be a little bigger, but it’s all baked with lots of love.

Starfish Story
-Author Unknown
Once upon a time, there was a wise man who used to go to the ocean to do his writing. He had a habit of walking on the beach before he began his work.
One day, as he was walking along the shore, he looked down the beach and saw a human figure moving like a dancer. He smiled to himself at the thought of someone who would dance to the day, and so, he walked faster to catch up.
As he got closer, he noticed that the figure was that of a young man and that what he was doing was not dancing at all. The young man was reaching down to the shore, picking up small objects, and throwing them into the ocean.
He came closer still and called out “Good morning! May I ask what it is that you are doing?”
The young man paused, looked up, and replied “Throwing starfish into the ocean.”
“I must ask, then, why are you throwing starfish into the ocean?” asked the somewhat startled wise man.
To this, the young man replied, “The sun is up and the tide is going out. If I don’t throw them in, they’ll die.”
Upon hearing this, the wise man commented, “But, young man, do you not realize that there are miles and miles of beach and there are starfish all along every mile? You can’t possibly make a difference!”
At this, the young man bent down, picked up yet another starfish, and threw it into the ocean. As it met the water, he said, “I made a difference to that one!”

The Biscotti Company
Bring Deliciousness Home Today!
The Biscotti Company is an artisan bakery that produces handcrafted biscotti made from almonds, chocolate chunks, and nutritious, natural ingredients.
Bruno LoGreco, the owner and head baker at The Biscotti Company, has always had a passion for baking. He grew up with his mother and Nona-Vicenza in their home, making biscotti from scratch using an old family recipe that hadn’t changed since it was first written down over 200 years ago. In 2019, Bruno changed a few ingredients and added in some simple techniques to create a crispy, crunchy Biscotti. Then, COVID-19 struck the world. It was an opportunity for Bruno to bring food that brought him comfort to others – despite the pandemic surging through New York in March 2020, Bruno launched The Biscotti Company and donated biscotti and smiles to Stony Brook Hospital and Retirement Centers hit hard by the pandemic. Bruno and The Biscotti Company have come a long way in just over a year. You can find the company now available at 70+ grocery stores and delis across Long Island, New York!
