OUR STORY & MISSION:
Pintail Coffee is a charitable and premium coffee roasting company. We are locally operated by our minority and female founders out of Farmingdale, New York. At Pintail, we have a strong commitment to producing the finest coffee in the industry, all while making socially conscious strides. Our Master Roaster is ranked among the Top 25 Coffee Roasters in the United States. Our roaster oversees our roasting and grinding processes, to ensure that quality is there with each brew. We do this by roasting in small, hand-picked batches, using beans we acquire from all over the globe – including Brazil, Colombia, Africa & Indonesia.
Our founders were among the first individuals involved in the development of the K-Cup technology. This sparked the idea to use this technology for charitable contributions through premium coffee products. When partnering with Pintail Coffee, you are joining us in our mission to end hunger. We are committed to doing so by donating 100% of our profits to hunger-relief organizations.
Island Harvest, our local food bank, benefited directly from our profits. Island Harvest has evolved into a successful hunger-relief organization that we are proud to collaborate with.
The Pintail Ownership increases the impact on hunger by not taking compensation of any kind so that every dollar can go to those directly in need. Our purpose is to turn a great cup of coffee into an act of kindness.
