I bring to the table more than 20 years of success leading fast-paced businesses in VP to C-suite roles, in a market where client demands and economic climate changes make meticulous planning and absolute efficiency a must. Most of my career has been in the business side of the special event and catering space.
My broad skill set and hands-on experience include enterprise-wide process reengineering and technology implementation, sales force management, corporate relocation, inventory and warehouse management, logistics, purchasing, financial analysis, and strategic planning—virtually every aspect of running a successful business. My focus is on the company mission and vision, while always looking for cost-saving and process improvement initiatives to implement as well as new opportunities to create revenue using available resources and talents. With a B.A. in Finance and an M.S. in Information Systems, I refer to myself as a “Geekified Real Person” who can speak “Tech” as needed, and facilitate a technology-enabled, knowledge management environment where results are repeatable.
