Stacy Malinow, the owner and founder of Bliss Pastries LLC, has been baking gluten free pastries for over a decade. When her daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2005 most people had never heard of gluten and the few gluten free products on the market weren’t good. She began to bake everything herself and over these past 10+ years she perfected her recipes. Most people say they can’t tell that her desserts are gluten free which is the biggest compliment.
