Joseph L Chiodi is a New York City Fire Fighter at Engine 262 located Astoria, Queens. While working tour of duty, he’s also feeding his “brothers” delicious and savory meals. Joseph lives in Wantagh, NY with his wife Meagan and their two children Gianna Bella, and Joseph Jr.

As his brothers continued to eat, his dedication and passion to the culinary arts prospered, landing him multiple television appearances and the opportunity to compete in elite cooking competitions. Chiodi grew up with a father who loved to eat and a mother who loved to cook. Today, he wishes to share that same comfort and passion that was instilled in him at an early age; food and the relationships it can create, the experiences it can provide, and a high level of spontaneity and excitement to eating and eating well.


Joseph is solutions-oriented well-rounded professional with motivation to achieve organizational objectives, as well as broad-based experience in International Management, Marketing, Finance, Customer Relations, Business Administration, and Latin American Studies.  Joseph has a unique ability to work extensively with customers to identify, develop, and deliver custom solutions to fulfill unique client needs.
