Cheddie’s Cheesecakes, Inc. was established in 2018 by Chef Nigel Cheddie. After spending the better part of three years fine-tuning his recipes, Chef Cheddie launched the company with limited resources and a relentless demand for perfection. With a constant focus on producing the finest cheesecakes ever tasted, we are also dedicated to a mission of social responsibility. This includes efforts to maintain a small carbon footprint and support initiatives that empower and better the People as a whole.
Based in Amityville, NY, Cheddie’s Cheescakes calls a rented co-packing facility home. We are scouting for a dedicated facility that can support an expanded production team, allowing Chef Cheddie more time to serve as the brand’s best ambassador.
