CREATE THE HEALTH YOU WANT THROUGH ENLIGHTENED EATING –

Get back to the basics of savoring food, and heighten the palate to all the layers of flavor that we are meant to enjoy. Learn how eating mindfully satisfies food cravings, improves digestion, and enables us to lose weight with less effort, while connecting us with our spirit. Each week will include a cooking class, a light dinner, and food sampling. Suitable for all diets – You will leave each week feeling well-fed in body and soul, vibrant, and totally supported in your health and weight loss goals.
