Tony Simas has spent over 20 years in the food and beverage manufacturing industry, working across more than 100 production facilities to help companies improve operations, launch new products (for F&B), and strengthen commercial performance. His career spans leadership roles in product management, marketing, and consulting, with experience at BASF, Ecolab, and DSM, as well as numerous engagements supporting manufacturers and suppliers throughout North America.

As Product Manager for an IoT and SaaS solution tailored to food and beverage operations, Tony led the commercialization of technologies that connected over 200 devices in manufacturing environments to enhance visibility and efficiency. His background also includes extensive work in plant-level operations, process optimization, and market development for cleaning, sanitation, and food safety solutions.

Today, Tony leads Client Growth Partners, a Long Island–based consulting firm that partners with manufacturers to streamline growth, improve transparency, and align operational and commercial goals.

He has been a featured speaker at national venues including the Household and Commercial Products Association (HCPA), the National Food Safety Summit, and served as First Vice President of the New Jersey Chapter of the International Association for Food Protection (IAFP).
