Food Safety Seminar & Panel Discussion November 9, 2018

The FDA FSMA was signed into law in 2011. After years of rule making, the compliance dates for small and very small businesses have hit in 2017 and 2018. If you have a food company, you need to know how this law impacts you. FSMA enables FDA to focus more on preventing food safety problems rather than reacting to problems after they occur. The law also gives FDA new enforcement authorities to achieve higher rates of compliance with prevention- and risk-based safety standards.
