The OECD has released on December 18th its guidance about the transfer pricing implications of the COVID-19 pandemic. While one can only praise the OECD effort to release its guidance in a relatively short period of time, one should not expect big surprises looking at it.
According to the OECD, the COVID-19 pandemic belongs to the hazard risk category, leading to other business risks, such as the market risk, the operational risk, and the financial risk.
