I have been an accountant for nearly 25 years and after my oldest son, who is now 24, was diagnosed with Celiac and then myself 6 years ago, I felt inspired to create delicious gluten free desserts. The necessity soon became a true passion and Gluten Free Sweets n Treats was born. Needless to say, my accounting practice while still in existence has taken a back seat.
