Finalists will compete in person at the Joseph A. Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center in Rochester, NY, during the New York State Innovation Summit.

Is Your Startup Eligible?
We’re looking for high-potential, emerging companies ready to bring their innovations to market. To apply, companies must:
- Have a tangible prototype (a physical version of your product or idea)
- Be able to pitch in person in Rochester, NY on October 29 – 30, 2025
- Use the funding to refine the prototype and/or develop a go-to-market strategy
- Operate in New York State (and have at least one founder living in NY)
- Be pre-revenue (under $100K lifetime revenue)
- Be pre-seed (under $500K in investments to date)
- Have received less than $2M in grants in the last two years
