The B&I CARES Act Program is now accepting applications. Lenders who want to submit an application can email Gary Pereira directly at gary.pereira@usda.gov for the checklist (the required items are spelled out on the last page of the IFR. Basically, it’s the B&I application checklist minus a few items).
This program offers loan guarantees to rural businesses and agricultural producers that are not eligible for USDA Farm Service Agency loans.
