Butera’s is an Italian restaurant based on Long Island with locations in Woodbury, Sayville, and Bayshore. In the early 1990’s brothers, Gary and Martin Butera opened their first restaurant in Smithtown. Over the years, Butera’s became known on Long Island for our signature chicken meatball. As our chicken meatball recipe gained popularity among patrons, we were encouraged to package and sell our “famous” chicken meatball. A few years ago, we decided to actually do it! Now, about three years into the retail business, Butera’s Chicken Meatballs are sold in nearly 200 locations across the Tri-State area. We currently have three varieties of Chicken Meatball – Restaurant Original, Cauliflower and Roasted Tomato (Gluten-Free), and Spinach & Asiago Cheese. All types are fully cooked, refrigerated fresh made with antibiotic-free chicken, and have no preservatives. We pride ourselves on quality and use all fresh, real ingredients. We also sell our jarred restaurant-style Butera’s Marinara Sauce as part of our food line.
